We begin by building a detailed definition of the creative project's goals, deliverables, requirements, and other elements that help ensure success. We’ll align the project’s creative strategy with your needs and expectations. This may include: outlining project goals, requirements for deliverables, assumptions, constraints, success criteria, project team, stakeholder roles and responsibilities, resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline.

As experts in the science of storytelling, we help to craft the project’s narrative, defining the key people, places, and plot elements of your story. We’ll design a detailed plan for how the project will unfold. We’ll collaborate with you to create the script and storyboard for the project at this stage.

Lights, camera, action! Our talented Kingbird Crew works together to implement the plan, capture the moments that matter, and bring the project to life. This is often the most exciting part of the process. We work closely with you and your team to create a seamless and elevated experience.

In this phase, the Kingbird Crew will go back to “the kitchen.” We’ll work to implement the plan, focusing on editing, animating, color grading, sound mixing, and creating the master cut.

Once our team has created the master cut, we’ll sit down with you to review the project. We’ll seek feedback to ensure that you are fully content with the project. Then, we’ll then make any final edits, and deliver the project to you. The project is now ready to be utilized to bring high-impact results for your brand!
